This Publisher Policy sets out the terms and conditions for all publishers (“you” or “the Publisher”) participating in the HoMyAds Affiliate Network (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By registering and using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
👥 2. Publisher Eligibility
To become a HoMyAds Publisher, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country of residence.
Own or operate digital properties (websites, blogs, apps, or media channels) that comply with our quality standards.
Provide accurate and up-to-date account and payment information.
Agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
📈 3. Acceptable Promotion Practices
Publishers must promote advertiser campaigns in a fair, transparent, and compliant manner.
You agree not to:
Engage in misleading or deceptive advertising.
Use spam, unsolicited emails, or forced clicks.
Manipulate tracking, generate fake leads, or use automated bots.
Promote campaigns on websites containing illegal, adult, violent, or discriminatory content.
Violate intellectual property rights or data privacy laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any publisher account found in breach of these rules.
💼 4. Tracking and Reporting
All campaigns must be tracked exclusively through HoMyAds tracking systems.
Publishers are responsible for verifying that tracking codes are implemented correctly and that traffic complies with advertiser requirements.
We provide real-time reports for transparency and performance monitoring.
💰 5. Payments and Commissions
Commissions are paid based on valid and verified conversions only.
Payments are processed according to the agreed schedule and threshold.
Any fraudulent, duplicate, or invalid activity will result in the withholding or reversal of payments.
Publishers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment details.
🌍 6. Geo-Targeted Campaigns
Publishers must respect all geolocation restrictions specified in each campaign.
Traffic from unauthorized regions may not be credited or paid.
🧠 7. Confidentiality
All campaign data, performance reports, and platform information are strictly confidential.
Publishers must not disclose, share, or resell any data obtained through HoMyAds without written consent.
⚖️ 8. Compliance and Legal Responsibility
Publishers are solely responsible for complying with:
Advertising regulations and affiliate marketing laws in their target regions.
Data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent).
Applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction.
🔁 9. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate publisher accounts at any time if fraudulent, non-compliant, or unethical activity is detected.
Termination may result in the forfeiture of pending payments.

HoMyAds is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or services.
