💰 Publisher Payment Policy
Effective Date: January 6, 2025
🏢 1. Introduction
This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for all publishers participating in the HoMyAds Affiliate Network (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By registering as a publisher and using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy and its payment terms.
📅 2. Payment Terms
Payments are issued 60 days after the date of invoice (“Net 60”).
The payment period begins once a valid invoice is generated and approved by our accounting department.
Only verified and approved conversions, leads, or sales are eligible for payment.
Example:
If your invoice is issued on January 1, payment will be processed on or after March 1.
🧾 3. Invoicing Procedure
Publishers must submit a valid invoice through the HoMyAds platform or via email to the billing department.
Invoices must include:
Publisher’s full name or company name
Tax ID or VAT number (if applicable)
Invoice number and date
Amount due and currency
Payment method details (bank account, PayPal, etc.)
Incorrect or incomplete invoices may delay payment processing.
🔍 4. Payment Approval
All conversions are reviewed and verified before payment.
We reserve the right to:
Adjust or withhold payments for invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent traffic.
Deduct chargebacks, cancellations, or advertiser disputes from future payments.
💳 5. Payment Methods
HoMyAds supports multiple secure payment methods, including:
Bank Transfer (Wire / SEPA)
PayPal
Other methods (as specified in your publisher account settings)
All transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the publisher.
📈 6. Minimum Payout Threshold
The minimum payout threshold is defined in your HoMyAds publisher account.
Balances below the threshold will be carried over to the next billing cycle.
⚖️ 7. Currency and Exchange Rates
Payments are made in the default currency specified in your account.
If applicable, currency conversions will be based on the exchange rate at the time of payment processing.
🛡️ 8. Compliance and Tax Responsibility
Publishers are solely responsible for:
Providing accurate tax information and documentation.
Complying with local tax laws and reporting income as required by their jurisdiction.
HoMyAds may withhold taxes if required by applicable law.
⏸️ 9. Account Suspension or Withholding of Payments
We reserve the right to withhold or delay payments if:
Fraudulent or non-compliant activity is detected.
Invoices contain incorrect or missing information.
The advertiser fails to confirm the validity of conversions.
In cases of account termination due to policy violations, pending payments may be forfeited.
